Terms and Conditions – English One To One

Your personal course and all its booked lessons must be paid for before your first lesson
You can change the date and time of any lesson but we require at least 3 days’ notice for such changes to allow teachers to be assigned other students
We may need to change lesson times and teachers where necessary but will provide you at least one day’s notice
If your assigned teacher is not available we will provide you a temporary alternative or reschedule your lesson
We ask that you attend your lessons at the arranged start time; if you are late, we will not make up the lost time
If you are not able to start lessons on time due to technical problems on our side, we will try, where possible, to delay the lesson by up to 10 minutes, or rearrange it.
If you have to leave pre-arranged lessons early, the time cannot be made up once the lesson has started.
We cannot offer refunds on your personal course once you have had your first lesson.
We looking forward to serving you in a professional and friendly manner; however we will cancel any future lessons with no refund if students use any threatening, abusive, prejudiced, or other offensive language or material.
